It just started with the last couple releases for me.

Yep that's the correct order. Although flashing supersu is not required I do it anyway. I find that it manages permissions easier than the built in root manager. I guess it's a preference thing. I want to encrypt my phone but I have been nervous since the last time I encrypted a phone it broke the OS and not even reverting to a back up would fix it. I had to change the partition format then change it back, and reinstall before I could get it to work. So... can I encrypt this phone...

Alright, flashed lvm. Sdcard0 still shows as corrupted, but the primary partition shows as 26.41gb. So I guess everything is fine...? Also is there any reason to go back to TWRP 2.8.7.2 or stay on 2.8.6.0?

Alright, i've been messing with the sdcard0 thing for about 2 hours straight. Still got nothing... I've factory reset, wiped system, data, both caches. And flashed from external and internal sd card. Still get the error. When I click on erase and format sdcard0 from the storage and usb menu...

I've wiped system, cache and dalvik and I get sdcard0 corrupted when trying to update to the new nightly. I cant see it in my root explorer but I can see it in recovery. If I restore to a backup its fine. Any suggestions?
