No problems whatsoever. Bluetooth Keyboard is functional again. Ditched the default email client (not keyboard friendly) for Touchdown and using Enhanced email (with email killed) to keep the Calendar functional across all apps. Might jump on ICS when it comes. Might not.

In my case I did the factory reset to regain the wireless 1st. That gave me back the ability to reload my Titanium backup and a few apps from Amazon and Marketplace. OTA was 2nd just after midnight. Apparently its not really 24hours, just either side of midnight.

I would suggest trying one of the Unamed ROMs. Never had any "media playing" issues with them. I've not tried either of the two ROMs you have, so I cannot comment on them.
