After work I went to one of the AT&T authorized retailers. Apparently, only the authorized retailers are selling them once they get them, while the Corporate Offices are strictly selling them on the 17th. I tell one of the guys there that I want to cancel my pre-order. After about 15 minutes...

Correct me if I'm wrong but these custom ROMS don't support the S Pen. If that is true, what use is the ROMS if you can't use the S Pen. That is one major point of the whole note.

Post [GUIDE] AT&T CWM-flashable UCALG1 update | no wipe, leaves root and universal search

One of the many reasons never to use ROM Manager on the most recent Samsung phones. You should have CWM 5.8.4.5 Anything later will not see your FAT32 SD Card. You should also flash a clean rooted stock, because some of the updates involve updating files you may have deleted.

Post Official ClockworkMod Recovery Images for AT&T

Flashing CWM v.5.8.4.5 would be the best. It has external SD Card support. The only Con is the date issue but you can change that with Root Explorer. I have them named like Pre-Rom and such rather then date anyways.

Post [KERNEL] Siyah - JELLYBEAN - ICS [v4.3.3] "One kernel to rule them all!"

Stop using ODIN to flash stuff, you said you had a previous version of the kernel. The kernel has CWM (clockworkmod) built into it. Hold down Up+Down vol + Power till the samsung logo comes up then you can flash the kernal on the OP. You do this will kernels and ROMS.
