thanks for the reply, i download the sdk manager and i tried looking for the SD card on my computer but i cant find it :( also i typed the "adb reboot recovery" in cmd and it said that there are no devices connected! i have my phone connected but my computer wont recognize it and i downloaded...

what is "adb" sorry im a newbie lol

i have a AT&T Samsung Galaxy SII SGH-I777 and it got stuck in a bootloop when i tried to unroot back to ICS, also i dropped the phone in water a week ago and the volume up button does not work so i cant get past the warning menu to get to the download screen! please help thanks in advance
