Have you wipe data/ factory reset also Dalivk cache. if problem still persist, move to CM9 16-7 CM. its good.

remove SD card, log into Stable recovery mode. wipe data / factory reset and try rebooting. if problem still persist, read your phone through RSD and flash CM7.2 file. let me know if you need link for the same. It will work. Regards, Amit Sharma

Can you try to boot again in Custom recovery, Wipe Cache and Dalvik Cache. Also, if your phone is also not booting, I think your battery is dead. Take out battery and charge it on a friends phone or borrow a battery for a while. RSD shall see your phone when in bootloader mode, then debugging...
