I recently soft-bricked my KF2 while trying to install 2nd-bootloader on it (solid red screen). I just plugged it into my computer via a fastboot cable and it got to the fastboot screen perfectly fine. From here, I cannot access the device to recover it. Any fastboot command gives me "Waiting...
