Unfortunately, only US residents would like that video. I don't know of any other countries that push manufacturers to accept rooted/jailbroken devices.

It's hardware related. It can be solved by using a case though. I tried using a case and there's no signal loss even if I tried hard to cover up the lower left part of our tablet.

Definitely a hardware issue. Though by using a gel case for Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus (P6200) which barely fits to the GT2 7.0, I did not experience any signal loss even if I cover up the lower left part completely with my both hands. Just like the iPhone 4 issue. @vlasdoli: GPS is unaffected by this...

Samsung designed their launcher that way so you can still see all your icons and widgets in any orientation. If you fill up your homescreen in portrait mode to more than 5 rows, some of the icons won't appear on portrait and vice versa.

Asus and Google confirmed that the 16GB variant will be distributed to retail stores in the US, UK and Australia. No news about the 8GB. I hope that Asus and Google decides to do the same in other countries. So we don't have to wait for the Play Store to be available in our respective countries :)

^ Yes, try removing the battery and restarting the phone. One other solution could be applying the 2.2 Kernel after the installation of CM7 (only if you are using Defy and the base ROM of CM7 is 2.2) because I tried installing a CM7 nightly and had to apply the kernel :)

Actually, the leaked GB official roms you can see here are supposedly for Defy+ but they've been proven to work flawlessly and without any fixes/patches for Defys with red lens. We can't say that Defy can beat Defy+ in every aspects except for the price :)

You can try to fix that by your own by soldering. Or you can ask a technician to fix that. I fix headphones and small problems like that will only cost you around US$1 to fix. :))

I don't think it's the current that is causing this issue. Try to plug your phone to your PC via USB connection and see if it can charge itself. A PC's USB port provides 500-600mAh and 5.0V as default. I also don't think it's about the data pin issue because I've tried using my old BB's hacked...
