I am trying to connect to a gear 4 speaker, the phone finds the speaker ok, I click on it to pair but it fails every time, anyone any ideas?

I hope someone can help, when I am on facebook and click on a youtube link i get an error saying this file type is not supported. I can view youtube videos fine when I am on the website, has anyone come across this before?
