Unlocking an AT&T Lumia 900 by flashing a ROM from a diffrent Region? Happy New Year Fellow XDA'ers. Would I be able to unlock a Lumia 900 that is locked to AT&T network just by flashing a stock ROM for my current region? If anyone has managed to do this, please let me know. Cheers.

Just flashed the update ROM and I am getting numerous freezes (where the phone locks up and vibrates endlessly). Anyone else getting it? one other issue. When activating the phone for the first time, there used to an option to enter the Live Activation Key. Its not present now.

Anyone having problems with Apps running background agents (ie the ability to update Live Tiles and Notifications)? I have apps that dont even show up as having background tasks yet there are turned on. I am still under the limit of apps running background tasks

I believe you are incorrect. It appears that the Games Tile, Office Tile and Maps Tile were changed by PDAimateJam so the tiles would be legible when shrunk to the 1x1 tiles. Since the WP8 SDK has not been released yet, we don't know whether devs will be able to specify different for each tile...

Is anyone else have a problem getting the Screen Capture app to work? I'd like to show this cool new Start screen, but the camera button will not trigger the Screen Capture task.

Is the Bing Search Results disabled or turned off by default in this ROM? Every time I try and search using the Bing Search app, the app closes and kicks me back out to the Start Screen.

How about a SIM Toolkit XAP?

Just noticed that once the Pictures Hub tile is re-sized from the normal double wide to a smaller tile, it CANNOT be re-sized back to the original size. Is this a bug with 7.8? Thanks
