you must flash your device via oryginal shipped T-Mobile DE ROM and mozart work good ;) U cant use 401 (HTC_Europe) ROM but only in CV 111(TMOBILE_DE)

Do you try hard reset?

if u want this rom u must have HSPL. If u want HSPL u must have SPL 1.xx If u want SPL 1.xx u must downgrade your spl etc 5.xx to 1.xx

FlashMemory is broken (i dont know what its name). This is not a SD Card problem but secound memory. This memory storage oryginal ROM and other information like (ActivationCode)
