Hi, I managed to upgrade from AT&T to Rogers but I have an issue: Since I use a Vodafone simcard, the connection is not recognized so I cannot restore a backup. I manually have to input my APN but that's too late to restore. Any clues about this ?

Doesn't work. For some reason it searches for a machine ID or name and it finds a LG E-900 instead of LG E-906. I flashed a Germany Vodafone ROM instead and now I have all the languages and Internet sharing too. If someone knows how to avoid this, let me know, I'll give it a try.

Have to get back on this. After one successfull try, the app now hangs after 10 seconds and hangs up the device too. Have to remove battery to restart.

Good to see that everyone enjoys s-off while no one seems to see a solution why my Flyer does not boot into fastboot for the second time and revolutionary fails everytime.

Looking for some help here :D I have installed HTC drivers and device can be reached with adb and fastboot. I am running s-off under windows and after the first reboot into fastboot all goes well, but the second reboot never happens. What can I do to make this happen ? I have hboot 1.10.0000...

I tried to unbrand a Vodafone Trophy. I created a Gold card and Y-cable. During flashing the update failed. Radio update Fail. Now it can only be in recovery mode for flashing a rom. It is real dead :-(

@Ivoky Mine is too but it is updated to 7008. Guess I can update it to NoDo too with the instructions on the Omnia general forum. But the receptance is much better with the latest firmware. That is why I would like to upgrade.

On second thought: Is there another flash program available ? Looks like the retail flasher checks if it is retail. (It will be after I flashed it). It outputs this error: [Channel 0] Confirm Model Name [Channel 0] FLASH LOCK

It isn't a retail device. It came in an unmarked box. I have had my share of devices that were not supposed to be flashed over the last years and still managed to flash them. But this is a tough one. Cannot find a way to do this.
