I already did factory reset as a last step says in the op's post. It's a new phone, so i did not do any backup. What's the easiest way to completely factory reset the phone and start over the rooting process?

Thanks) If I'm not mistaken, you can use "apk editor" to replace the original ocon and reinstall the app. I use nova launcher. it allows to change home screen icons. :p

So, I don't get it. I actually just spoke to the guy who sold me the code on ebay and he will refund me the money because he cannot do the unlock for tmobile's V10. He says there is some new security involved since late 2015. So the phone can't be unlocked without an official device unlock app...
