I think you're confused. It's the option that's in the settings accessed by *#0011#. It should be on by default but some people turned it off to see if it fixes wifi issues.

Theoretically the extra heat generated from the induction coil could cause extra degradation to your battery. Quick charging also generates extra heat due to the laws of physics so I think the difference would be very minute.

Make sure the cable is plugged all the way in to the charging brick. If it's not plugged in all the way, even a few mm, it will charge much slower.

For some reason I cannot get Facebook to load properly. I can add my Facebook account into the accounts settings and get the app to load, but the app itself is super slow. Same thing with instagram. Is this due to the 64 bit software or something?

I had this same issue guys. Make sure your cable is plugged ALL the way into the charger itself. Mine was not in all the way and I was getting super slow charge times.

The watch is great. Software is well thought out and the full potential I believe can be really robust. For me too, I've owned a Galaxy Gear and the SW2 and the build quality on the G Watch is really good.

It's dependent on the FAN. Each agreement is different. Some offer equipment discount or accessory discounts, some dont. I would suggest buying the watch and two $5 clearance accessories. Get it all for about $190 out the door.

Guys, I think the complaints about poor sunlight visibility are when attempting to read the watch in always on mode (the dimmed watchface). It is pretty much impossible to see in the sun unless you activate the screen.

Unfortunately AMOLED has to be pentile due to the burn in issues of the RGB matrix AMOLED Plus screens from the S2 era. The Moto X uses an RGB matrix OLED and it gets pretty bad burn in. Overall I don't think you should be able to tell a difference and if you do it must be some sort of placebo...
