I think i might have found the solution to my own problem. I had 2 users on the phone, and the other user, which is my girlfriends profile, seem to be the culprit the kept shutting the hotspot off. So the issue seem to be gone after i set the hotspot to not turn off on her profile.

I only have my own account on my user. But i have seperate account with another google account attached. But as it is on another user, it shouldnt affect my user, right?

After having investigated further, i have now found others with similar issues. I have not found the cause, but installing ChompSMS and putting it in Legacy mode makes MMS work in Chomp, no other 3rd party messanging apps work. Is there really no one else experiencing something similar?

Im having this strange issue where the google messages app wont send or recive MMS. The native huawei messages app has no issue with either sending or receving MMS messages. I have checked the APN, but as the native app is working, this is prolly not the issue. I have checked the permissions...

You need to delete a profile under device administrators. If i remember correct you need to delete the one called configuration agent. Afterwards, all should be back to normal.

In my mind there is no doubt. I simply love the XZ. It has totally blown me away with it's speed and the screen, in my opinion, is awesome. And im amazed about how long the battery actually lasts. The HTC One is a nice phone, no doubt, its quite a beautiful phone, but so is the XZ. Design wise...

Its the same problem as many ppl had after rooting. I solved it, credit to goroh_kun, by deleting a folder called /data/usf, but you have to be rooted to do that.

The phone do seem to hit the kitchen floor at some point. Not sure, but they look like hard tiles, and if it is tiles, its pretty amazing that it survives.

I didn't recive any Smarttags in my package and was like, meh, but didn't bother that much. Didn't want to make a fuss out of it, so i didn't do anything, or contact anyone. But today there was a surprise in tha mail. A little letter containing 2 smarttags. So i'm now a happy camper.
