You should be able to recieve feature updates since dload methood is an official way to update. Don't worry about numbers it's because of region or carrier differnce.

Yeah you can manually update it using dload methood. It's an official way to upgrade your device manually.

Well the chinese phones got the update long time ago! I think changing your region to China in HiCare would help you.

Nope you're wrong. Emui 9.1 has much smoother gestures animation, espicially the home gesture. Emui 9.1 enabels 3d party apps to show its notifications on aod. New icon pack and it's all the same form now. Optimizatiin is also a big thing on Emui 9.1 for sure.

Can someone explain me one thing? If i updated to .187 and got a new feature and then updated to .206. Will i still have the old features that i got on .187?

Well i'm gonna recover my phone via hisuite and wait for the official updates to get all the features. Im sure that's gonna take a lot of time.
