I checked the EMEI number, and it seems to be good. I agree, though, this phone smells fishy... the problem is I didn't pay with Paypal, I used interac E-Transfer, which is kind of like an online wire transfer... and now the guy is saying "sure, I'll refund you, send me the phone back first"...
