Mine froze the first day that I received it. It seems to freeze once a day. Today It froze 3 times now. I called Samsung, and they just told me to out it in Safe mode. And do a hard reset if that doesn't work. ? hope they have a fix for it soon.

Right now Sprint should credit us an additional $75 bill credit if we buy another Samsung product (S7 Edge). I will get that if the credit is in danger of going away. But i will try to hold on to my Note as long as possible.

Dang that sucks. I hope it gets added. This is an issue I've had with this room from the beginning, but didn't know that there was a fix. I used to just use Music Channel and it would keep the screen awake. (that prevents distortion). But, after lollipop update, Music Channel goes to sleep.

Does anyone else have this problem? My camera button gets jammed inwards a little bit. I can always get it back out, but it is very annoying when you are trying to take pictures. I have it in burst mode and it will take twenty pictures. Thank goodness for best shot.
