    Post [ROM][6.0.1][osprey] Official CyanogenMod 13

Thanks for the suggestion, but it appears that the sd-card is toast. I put it in my computer to take a look at it, and the computer doesn't even detect that anything is plugged in. It would at least normally let me format the card, or show an unmounted device, but no luck. I also stuck it in...

I woke up this morning to the message "SD card missing. Reinsert this device." Has anyone else encountered this problem, and is there a solution, other than re-formatting? My SD-Card was setup as Internal Storage, and the phone is encrypted.

Internal SD Card I have a 64GB sd-card formatted as internal storage, and my phone shows 60GB free on the sdcard, but when I connect my computer it only shows "Internal Storage" with 1.5GB free. Does anyone know a way around this? [SOLVED]: After formatting the sd-card, I skipped the option...

I had mine for about a week before I ripped it. Pretty sure it's made of rice paper ;) If I had to guess I would say its probably supposed to be a light diffuser for the battery charging light.

Got it. Try this: 1) Open your recent calls list. 2) Press the menu button in the top right corner (by the search field). 3) Call History. 4) Statistics. 5) Select "Blocked Calls Only" from the drop down. There may be a better way to get what you are looking for, but that's what I found.

That's a fair point. I prefer to use SMSSecure and don't care enough about MMS to try to straddle two separate apps. However, for anyone that is going to use the stock SMS app, this is a valid workaround. I should also clarify that receiving MMS works fine on the xt1526, it is only sending...

I would say "safe" is a relative word. There is always risk involved when rooting or flashing. The first thing I do on a new phone is install the TWRP recovery and then make a backup of the stock ROM using TWRP. However, even installing a custom recovery could theoretically cause issues...

I have been using squid's kernel for a few days now on CM12.1 (10/28 nightly build) with no problems. I think there are quite a few people here using squid's kernel.

Preferred Network I flashed 10/28 build last night and my "Preferred Network Type" in the #*#*4636*#*# menu is now defaulting to the "CDMA Auto (PRL)" setting, which saves me the trouble of setting it each time I boot. Thanks scritch.

dryhte, the first thing I did after flashing TWRP was to make a backup of my stock ROM before flashing CM12. I have used that backup to flash back to stock ROM multiple times for troubleshooting, or to get files from the stock ROM, with no problems so far. I backup frequently at various stages...

I discovered today that some streaming audio (Spotify) is working well now, but Stitcher specifically is now playing a few seconds of audio, then a few seconds of silence, on and off repeatedly. I haven't installed the latest 10/22 nightly yet.

I'm running CM12.1 Build 57 on a Virgin Mobile xt1526 and the app starts fine for me. However, since I don't speak polish, I can't test it beyond that. One of the first things I do if I have app trouble in CM is disable privacy guard for the app temporarilly, to see if it is blocking anything...

Virgin Mobile - Audio Issue I found what appears to be a bug on my ROM (build 57, clean flash). If I try to use the Stitcher (stitcher.com) app it will either not start playing at all, or play with no audio (doesn't matter whether headphones are plugged in or not, and doesn't matter whether...

ARMv7 I'm curious why specs for the MSM8916 processor say that it is an ARMv8 processor, but my /proc/cpuinfo reports ARMv7. Is this because the OP chose to compile the ROM for ARMv7, or because the upstream CM12.1 was ARMv7 only? I'm only curious, not complaining.

Virgin Mobile All in all, with the exception of the LTE issue, I'm happy with this ROM. Here are some minor issues I have experienced so far: 1) I used the menu option to set LCD density to 180. I didn't like it so I set it to 200 and while restarting the UI, the phone crashed and rebooted...

Post [ROM][WIP] CM12.1 for the moto E 2015 CDMA LTE

I was able to fix 3G at least on my VM xt1526. The reason it worked initially, then quit is because of the eri.xml/apns-conf.xml files that are in /system/etc/boost/ conflicting with the VM LTE Fix that I flashed. The VM LTE fix puts a new eri.xml in /data/ and apns-conf.xml in /system/etc/...
