You can have that option enabled on any rom but that will mean there is always going to be a battery drain because that feature will be software based and it stops device to go in deep sleep mode,for example lg has that option but its hardware based and so it does not have any battery drain and...

Hiii guys Hii i can confirm that this is a hardware issiue and all you have to do is put some paper between module and that metal peace tight it and close everything up and you are good to go :laugh:

Because its cheap and now i can afford it and it still a great device with or without kitkat :o
