Since gapps are not included in regular CM-Roms, it looks like a left-over. I guess you flashed cyanogenmod on top of another ROM installation without wiping before. Am I right? Sent from my Nexus 4 using XDA Free mobile app

    Post [ROM][OFFICIAL][5.1]CyanogenMod 12.1 Nightlies Nexus 4 (Mako)

I am facing a really strange bug. When receiving a call while using the phone (screen is on), the call UI for accepting or rejecting the call does not pop up. Only a small heads up notification is shown, but one can not press any button. The phone becomes really slow and unusable in this...

Flash new nightly, wipe Dalvik/Cache and you're good to go. Note: While I am doing this since CM10.1 on my Nexus4 and never faced any trouble regular backups of your data is still recommended. Sent from my Nexus 4 using XDA Free mobile app

If you're upgrading from CM11 or CM12 you can just flash one of the CM12.1 nightlies. Your data will be preserved. Just remember to flash a correct Gapps package for Android 5.1.1. Otherwise the Play Services will crash. You will also have to wipe Dalvik/Cache partition after flashing. Sent...

As requested file is back online. Same link as above. http://gofile.me/1TvjE/5fNlEPfH It will be available till Jun 1st. So if anybody would be so kind to mirror it, go for it. As stated before, my upload rate is quite slow, so don't expect a high speed download.

Still online and working. Just try again. Probably the system was in sleep mode and it takes some seconds for it to wake up and be ready.

Using PA-Gapps since CM10.1 and since then I always dirty flashed newer CM Nightlies together with updated gapps. Never faced any problem. I think most important is that you choose the correct and required version of gapps corresponding to your android version. Maybe it is a good idea to stay...

I think the name of the "Theme Choser" depends on the phone language. In my case (German) it's called "Designs" and can be found in the App Drawer/ Main menu/ or however you like to call the place every installed app can be found.

Hi, thanks for the fast answer. Actually I am using the most recent Rom from the first page v3.3.3. from May 25th.
