Hey everyone,
I just got a used moto x and it won't update to lollipop (device says there is no new firmware).
May this be due to the phone being rooted? I tried to unroot via Super SU but after about 20 min nothing happened. (still says "Uninstalling, Please wait")
What would you advice me to...
