I think you should ask someone on your country to take a qcn backup and use it I think its country specific code issue

When I restored my imei using qcn backup I got my sim cards working and there's nothing specific I have to do .

You need to flash acompatibe recovery first . Check kyo's thread to get a compatible one

Yeah , you need to unlock bootloader first via qfil method otherwise you will not be able to flash twrp recovery

i flashed TWRP 3.0.2.0 provided here and restored a backup using this version of twrp and the problem appeared knowing that i did backup and restore many times using twrp 3.0.1.0 you ported before and it works perfectly

the problem fixed now and i will describe i got bootloop when i try to boot to system even after wipe everything and flash stock rom someone in xda help me in private sent to me a file wiped every thing in my device included efs (imei) and then flashed stock rom again using qfil the rom booted...

just for MTK chips

hello guys, anyone can help me my device keep restarting and doesn't boot so far knowing that i can enter recovery mod and everything work perfectly but the problem occurs when i try to boot to system . finally i flashed stock rom but i got the same result. any help plz
