Not a big problem. But i just flash to Android 5.1 and i lost both my IMEI and serial number and i cannot conect to any gsm network. What should i do?

Could anybody give me an pertinent answer? Before i flash my phone rom from Android 6.0.1 VIBEUI 3.1 (not ROW) to Android 5.1 (ROW) with QFIL, the phone BOOTLOADER should be LOCKED or UNLOCKED? My phone status now is LOCKED. I don't want to get that SAHARA fail error and brick my phone. Thank you !
