Update i change my KMPlayer settings to hardware acceleration disable and its work fine:) but still need it on Facebook and other apps:rolleyes:

In stored videos i have the same problem but in the phone gallery work fine I tried it in 4g and wifi. In video players like mx or km player do the same as whatsapp and Facebook.
