maybe you should flash another kernel isntead. yes some kernel may have camera bug. but im personally doesnt bother with camera bug, since i never use it anyway :D

in early month poco release i having this issue ( screen flickering and touch misbehave ), keep updating system to latest in setting it gonna fix your screen flickering and touch misbehave hopefully. MIUI 11 is best so far for me, i got no touch issue and also performance boost. abit :laugh:

Im also new to this thing, but i have suggest you to flash to stock first to fix bootloop. My method is using XiaoMiFlashTool, before that you need to have stock rom to flash and rename it to PIE. I also put that folder into desktop. ( more detail maybe you could search on youtube i think )...
