If you want to transfer files you need to enable it in your Android Dropdown-Menu.

The newest version of TWRP for our device (v3.1.0-0) still does not work with adopted storage (Internal shared storage and MicroSD fuse to one big storage). Well the problem is TWRP does not get this info of them being fused and just shows empty folders when clicking on "external_sd" or "sdcard"...
