It works! I dirty flashed 31/12 build and it's working absolutely fine. Please note that after flashing it will take little more time to boot, so don't be panic. ☺️

Apart from BT calling even pixel launcher feels laggy on homescreen & google now cards on left. Even app openings have some stuttering issues. Rest is fine.
