it is quite difficult to root or install TWRP on latest Chinese version u have to downgrade the boot loader and the Home_CSC can be flashed against of CSC when u dont want to removal of internal data:D

any update dear as i have the same problem but for me it happened when there was low light means in darkness so when i un tick the auto brightness it will be okay no more flickering issue

for those who are facing wifi issue when they are rooting the hongkong firmware now this issue has resolved just flash twrp (included in the rooting folder by Dev) through odin then reboot and go into TWRP recovery and flash latest super Su you will be rooted your device with no wifi issue:D
