Installed RR as per instructions and seems to be running fine except if I go to cellular network-carrier settings I get a message that com.android.phone has stopped. Can't get to update PRL or update device config. I'm a noob so I have no idea what would cause this. Not critical but would like...

I have not tested the actual charging rate for this but it shows fast charging regardless of the cable used on my Note 4 with this Rom installed. My Tab S2 does not fast charge but it charges at least as quickly as the stock charger...

FYI - Still running rooted stock and can't update profile/PRL either. Same network error message. Appears to be a Sprint issue.

Running Toxic Swamp 4.3 rom with stock kernel on a Sprint Note 3, x8500BHS HU and everything works fine except the charging issue. It appears that is a problem with the latest Samsung MHL adapter. Considering a different kernel but thought I'd wait a bit before I try one. Haven't even tried...

I've just received an 8500 and am in the process of installing it. Your idea sounds fair to me, I'm in. A standalone without having to work around the limitations of the Pioneer app should be more capable and efficient. Thank you for all your effort thus far.

In case anyone is interested, the battery life is more than adequate IMHO. :)

I would stay as you are, the few apps with problems are not worth it. After all, this is a custom ROM. My 2 cents only. :)

I used the Kingoapp on my Sm-N900P and it worked fine for me on MJ4. Then used the Xposed framework and Wanam Xposed app to spoof the status to Official. Knox is not tripped and all the root apps I've tried so far work with no problem. Miss having a custom recovery but I can live with that for...

Have you tried Settings/Controls/Language and input? Should have the option there to set Samsung keyboard as default instead of Swype.

Spare tips for the S pen and tweezers to remove and replace. Haven't tried it yet though.

If it is permitted could someone direct me to where the Wicked Wallpapers are stored in the rom? I have posted some of my screens around and have received several requests for some of them, and I have some ideas of my own for some customizations. TIA :)

Thanks, I just try to keep things uncluttered. There is a "secret" I use, Circle Launcher with a 100% transparent icon. Gives me function for some of my more frequently used apps without cluttering the screen. Just have to remember where I put the icon. ;)
