IR is still not working on LOS18.1. Which kernel driver is responsible? I'd try to roll back to stock oreo driver see if that helps

The steps are created without nexmon somehow. You basically need to copy the nexmon files and firmware which were mentioned. On los17.1 it was flashing vendor because of firmware were on ro partition. Nexmon is a different project, however I preferred to add to my guide so it's all in one place...

I think they may be something wrong with the custom command, airodump shouldn't try setting monitor mode at all if it's already set. Can you try ip link set wlan1 down && iw wlan1 set monitor control && ip link set wlan1 up

I use twrp. fastboot flash recovery twrp.img (ignore the error) fastboot boot twrp.imp - then you can install twrp to ramdisk in advanced, and flash things you need

I had to flash only a full installer with kernel once and all worked. Searchsploit was patched a while ago. Is it still hanging? TWRP variants cause these kind of issues
