I took my boot.img from miui_DAVINCIGlobal_V11.0.4.0.QFJMIXM_f1cc1d4a69_10.0.zip and it's like 130MB, but after patching it with Magisk it's only 16MB? Doesn't look right?

You need to run fastboot getvar all in fastboot so we get all the info (version).

Well, I did. you need to use a 3.x RUU for the same SKU and install the 4.x OTA, afterwards. But it doesn't work. I'm trying to upgrade to Nougat, but I get red triangle after 25% and I can't find an solution to this problem.

Exactly the same situation in my case (206->201 RU). I unlocked LTE, flashed hybrid radio and after update to Android 6 phone was warm and battery was draining like crazy (3h remaining at 80%). After Factory Reset from Android, battery usage is normal. And unlocked LTE band(s) work 100% OK.
