nope, the screen should not come on at all without pressing the power button with those settings turned off... the display options mentioned are pretty self explanatory and should not be enabled if they are set to OFF...

+1 i couldn't handle seeing the huge clock, so i disabled everything, but the screen randomly comes on without pressing the power button to wake, even though i have all relevant settings mentioned above turned off... def a bug

Gotta pay to play, no doubt, but for some, it may not be worth $300 extra. Re the weights, I'll check out the teardown vid to see what kinda fillers google put inside the regular P6, haha.

Of course the PRO version will be better, but shelling out 50% more for it is not a no-brainer, at least to me. We can all make our own decisions to see if the upgrades justifies the $300 price premium. To each their own. My real question or what I was looking to figure out was why the weights...

Hey gang, I'm trying to figure out if the PRO version is worth the extra 3 bills, coming up with the pros n cons for each. According to Google, there is only a 3g difference between the two: 207g vs 210g. P6P seems to be par for the course, but the regular P6 is pretty heavy for its size

it did not work... i'm still not getting call audio, such fail. i tried both the odin and twrp flash method, but neither of them works for me... i will try the call audio fix again posted by Mr. X

i odin'd the new UniBase_COF8 file... i hope it works #_# i'm staying home today... i get no service at home and call audio works fine with wifi calling, so i cannot test it til tomorrow... i hope it works~

i would use the XtreStoLite rom, but i need the wifi calling feature... i odin 5.1.1, flash twrp, and then flash unikernel... i get no call audio... such bs @[email protected]

please share the method you used, because when i root my s6 on 5.1.1, i get no call audio...

i rooted my t-mo s6 with the above method, but the phone feature broke... can't hear the person i'm calling at all. i'm not sure if the mic is broke since i cannot hear the person on the other end... i should have kept the phone on 5.0.2 @[email protected]

i was able to put the phone into download mode... since i updated to 5.1.1 before i began the root process, i had to use the G920TUVU2COF6 md5 file instead of the G920TUVU1AOCG in odin to restore.

5.1.1 root is still not possible?

i tried that, but no success... i was able to odin the 5.1.1 file, but the digitizer was still messed up. but now with a bootable stock rom, i took the phone into the store and they exchanged it for me in 15 minutes.

since i upgraded to 5.1.1 before i attempted all this, i need the G920TUVU2COF6 md5 file... i was using the 5.0.2 version: G920TUVU1AOCG maybe that is why it kept failing... i am downloading the right version right now and will give it a try. i really hope it works... if not, i don't know what...
