Yes, as I said, only some devices (mostly Galaxy Axx and M) have fastboot. Therefore the statement "Samsung devices don't support fastboot" is misinformation.

I know, but some Samsung devices have fastboot along with download mode, so saying "no Samsung devices have fastboot" would be wrong. And no, it's also with some A series devices as well, I don't know why, it's very weird as well

Some Samsung deviecs have fastboot as well.

Try the edl reset command from edlclient.

It's not about the crediting part. The credits are fine, I don't mind, however: 1) I don't want my build.prop modified. The credits are already shown during flashing. 2) It could at least inform us that it's including credits in the ZIP as we're repacking.

I've been trying to get CyanogenMod 12.1 to work on a Samsung device, but when I try to run adb shell, I get the following error: - exec '/system/bin/sh' failed: No such file or directory (2) - I can confirm that the binary exists (I checked via TWRP). Any help please?

The developer hasn't logged into XDA since 2018, so most likely not.

OK... but where are the device trees?

Pretty sure that SPRD source compiles color format stuff from scratch, so yeah, comment that line out or replace libstagefright_shim.so with libstagefright.so (untested!) I wish you good luck on the development for this device! 😀
