    It appears to me that the ramdisk-files.sha256sum file was removed after u flashed the ROM. That caused the TWRP flashing to fail. Does your ROM's zip modify the current running ramdisk in anyway ?

    Yes its the modem.img that u want. And yes that may effect PE in a negative way. It may introduce bugs. Your best bet is to flash latest firmware to phone itself.

    Android 10 upto dp6 is supported but the system-as-root setup in final version has changed. I will add the needed support and release it. But it maybe very difficult this time to support magisk as both try to do the same thing. Let's hope for the best.

    Radio.img is only for modem image. U need to provide it the direct firmware.img from the zip file but since PE requires u to install it before flashing, this option won't work.     By "working decryption" it means that twrp is able to decrypt the data successfully. Ofcourse for it to decrypt ur phone has to be encrypted in the first place.     Not sure yet. Only one user reported issue. U can just check by "fastboot boot <twrp image name>" to see if it works without flashing it.

    I have already released the device tree here:-https://github.com/vasishath/android_device_xiaomi_beryllium And FYI, releasing device tree was never a XDA rule. And second, i am not pursuing for official TWRP and most likely i wont.
