Might be a long shot here, but I bricked G100 when trying to flash to both slots. Use the Motorola device recovery tool to bring it back to stock and flash only ONE slot (the active one) with your rom. There's installation scripts on this forum that do exactly this for you.

Most of the time you can order an unlocked device from Motorola directly and use it on verizon, just need to swap the simcard.

If your phone is a carrier bought model, then you won't be able to unlock it. If you bought it unlocked (not from a carrier or a carrier store) and the website won't give you a token, then you'll need to contact Lenovo for support, possibly an exchange.
