We dont have RUI3 for our device officially and RUI 2 i have firmwares but they only work in unlocked bootloaders as of now so i didnt upload.- bx2nero

This rom is still RMUI 1.0 based so u will have to switch to B65 firmware to install this. I will switch to RMUI 2 base with A12 . :)- bx2nero

I really cant say about Nokia 5.1 This method should work but you will need firmware for Nokia 5.1 which will have the scatter. for your device. An u may need diff DA too.- bx2nero

you can use diff camera apps but extra cameras wont work ..its a realme sources problem..its present in all roms.- bx2nero
