Have you tried reset you data profiles In phone dial ##72786# then put in you MSL code (msl reader in playstore then hit Menu then hit Reset let it reboot and go thru the hands free activation. This seems to work when phones get stuck with weird data issues.

Well as we all know most are going for the use of ART so its not just making the mods its the testing to verify everything you do to make sure ART compatibility is kept. So I know my mods i have been running for 2 days now just to verify there isnt any hidden issues.

not sure about the fastboot issue, but to backup your recovery any time just go to adb and type the following adb shell su dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0p43 of=/sdcard2/recovery.img this will copy your recovery to the external sdcard

Do not dirty flash, there where files that needed to be removed, Unless you added that to the script Kyle

As a quick work around flash twrp onto the device, once done with it then flash the factory recovery back, Also check to make sure your bootloader didn't relock after update. stock recovery from the update.

All the mods are built on the new way so they should work with ART. I haven't actually tested this but will once the holiday has passed I will test them for comparability and post my finding on my mods post

Ok untill you actually get this booting correctly, stop just trying different roms. You are S-ON this means you will need to boot to bootloader flash the boot.img first then reboot to recovery and flash the rom that came with the boot.img. you should be doing this with a stock rom and boot.img...

try booting into bootloader then flash the boot.img from there. it sounds as if your boot.img is not flashing from recovery. fastboot flash boot boot.img is the command to flash the boot loader from fastboot usb.

updated info The signal to go into dock mode is triggered by a resistor between pins 4 and 5. the resistor value is 10kOhm for dock mode

Well it uses a resistance value that when it is plug in it triggers the car dock Picture attached to show the mini pc board that controls/regulates the voltage and the resistors that are the trigger (R4 on the board I believe is what controls the dock)
