Hi guys, I am planning to buy a Note 10 + which is carrier unlocked so it can be used by any network worldwide. The model is N975U. Does the phone ask for the carrier unlock code at any point in future while factory reseting, rooting, flashing ROMs, etc?

Do Note 10 + has sd card slot?. Also I would like to flash custom ROM to avoid the bloatware. I had a S7 edge and it stopped working so looking for a new one. Seems like Note 10+ is better than N20U.

Thanks for your reply. The only conern for me on Note 10+ is the green screen issue. More of N10+ users reported it. Already facing green screen issue with my Note 9 so had N20U also in mind.

I am not sure of that because I dont track SOT. But you can feel the difference.

Use odin and flsah TWRP recovery. You will get lots of post when you search in xda forum itself. Note: First backup your data before doing anything.

S7 Edge has a good battery backup. If you are running stock ROM then your phone should be filled up with bloatware as well. You can give a try by rooting and installing a custom ROM. Even after custom ROM, if your battery drains as before then it could be an hardware issue.

Yes you can flash but you have to wipe your internal storage compleley for a good installation. Verify file hash means verifying the file intergrity using a software to make sure that the file is not corrupted.

This is not related with this ROM. Youtube has reduced the bandwidth(max res. 480p) for the streaming of videos because of lockdown. There is a huge spike in internet traffic because of lockdown.

Do not use gametools in v8. It does not work.
