it looks like the problem mayhave been usb cable/port - i managed to get odin to recognize the 910v - so big happy on that. but i had to flash 6.0.1 oem android fw to re-write the system...fortunately it worked and got my phone back...however it's unrooted again... i'll try the cf-autoroot...

odin does not connect in download mode - i have 910v however if i connect my phone via safe mode then it does connect with odin but then fails to update twrp. i tried update it in twrp but file N910VVRU2CQL1_N910VVRU2CQL1.tar was not recognized as an image (since the dl here is a tar)...help...

damn...it does not vibrate....unreal....i spent 3 days trouble shooting it to find out why....its a real headfake since the words vibrate exist in the settings.... otherwise love the tablet.

thanks...if i d/l a newer version...is there anyway to update the OS without losing all my settings....I've always had bad luck with"backup"...usually i can get the apps back but never the teaks...especially nova launcher for example....does the twrp backup work well for settings too....
