He doesn't use this phone anymore and no dev is working on n2 anymore. Just live with what we have in these forums. Most stable ROMs for note 2 are all nougat ones. You can try crdroid or AICP. Both are quite good. Been using it for over 2 years now.

I flashed the 11th feb build, seems quite stable except the fact that many sensors still don't work and also GPS.

A friend who installed it mentioned that this ROM has several bugs. Sensors aren't working. No GPS, No Proximity, No light sensors. The only working sensor is acceleration. As others have reported, videos don't play in apps like youtube. Works only on chrome. Quite a buggy ROM even for a backup...

This was an initial problem which was resolved in an update later. Call quality is absolutely fine now.

Unfortunately, the PC he was using for the builds faced an HDD crash due to which he is unable to do any more development on this. Also, he has moved onto a new phone now. So, don't expect anything new here.

Try AICP by AndroX. It's the most stable and bug free NOUGAT ROM for Note 2. GPS works fine as well.

I face the same problem too. Not sure if there is any solution at all.

Is this ROM still under development?

I installed the BETA ROM from 25th march and couldn't setup the phone at all.. Not sure if its a problem with ROM or gapps... once i click "setup as a new phone", i don't see anything but a blank screen... I wiped dalvik, cache,system,data. installed ROM, gapss micro and magisk.

yes, it does and i don't think you will get a solution as the developer has stopped working on this ROM. Switch to crdroid or AICP.

Not initially but yes, eventually the screen wake up becomes an issue. It takes a few seconds before it lights up.

If GPS doesn't work, that's a dealbreaker for me. A lot of apps that I depend on for everyday use need GPS functioning properly. I will wait till its fixed and until then I will carry on with nougat ROMs

When I search for chomecast, Google Home is the only app that I find in results. And this won't work without chromecast device and I don't have any intention of buying it since I already have a smart TV.

Seems like a problem with RR only... I flashed crdroid's latest build and the problem of random reboots is gone!!

Installed the ROM yesterday and it's working quite smoothly. One major problem though, is random reboots. Although I don't think it is specific to this build because I used to face random reboots even on RR's official ROM too. Don't know if anyone else is facing the same and has a solution to this.
