I don't get it, sometimes when I press play it pauses a second after. Sometimes its random while I'm listening to music on the bus. I'm trying to figure out a solution but so far I'm still puzzled.

CPU x says its snapdragon 820. I didn't want exynos because of the poor community support there was for note3 exynos. I'm trying to get rid of the annoying Samsung DM popup which is probably because I'm using a sprint device with a rogers carrier

Nah it does, disable soundalive. flash ViPER4Android-supolicy.zip Then set selinux to permissive. I prefer stock kernel, it's a lot smoother and respectful to the battery than suemax.

Rom is perfect. One last issue is the battery charges much slower. probably an issue on my end, i've had some ****ty battery life on the latest aurora rom.

I have a sound check issue. because i get an FC whenever I play audio every now and then. Is there a patch? Otherwise it's a very economical rom with the stock kernel.

It definitely hangs, host your own gapps because the slimrom's gives me a google services error.

When you install ketan l21. Make sure you select "viper mod" download viper4android from the store Download kernel adiutor and change selinux to permissive from misc controls Install viper drivers from viper4android.

I got viper4android working with this kernel. it wasn't working right with the one ketan was using his L series.

There wasn't any visible lag, there was a line issue that basically just says this rom isn't stable as of yet. The camera doesn't work. The progress made so far with Samsung's cooperation is nothing short of amazing, I hope to see more stable AOSP work in the future for this device!

anybody else get the problem where 3rd party apps couldn't write to internal sd card? For example, I couldn't save pictures off tumblr or chrome, download swift key language packs But I could easily save pictures off Samsung browser, and other samsung system apps.. That forced me back to kitkat

The rom is very fast but the screen on battery management is abysmal. With greenify my phone is barely holding on. There's some periodic soft reboots too.

Any debloat solutions?

The rom wasn't rooted on first boot so I Google how to root it. I installed supersu. Opened it. It tells me I need root. I reboot to download mode and flashed the mentioned cf auto root. Pulled battery out and put it back in and waited for it to boot. There was a black screen for a while and...

Mine wasn't rooted so I used CF Auto Root, it restores my stock recovery after rooting too.
