thanks for your suggestion, but my problem with the Gapps is only with this rom i tried before 5.1.x (PACMAN, etc..) roms, other ROMs based out on stock.. and never had this issue before. regards

Thanks for your suggestion. i followed your steps very carefully and after flashing gapps and rebooting first thing i see is Setup Wizard has stopped and Gplay stopped. No luck for me :(

yes I did, sir. i usually do a full wipe in preview/ nightlies. I've been on latest cm10 kernel for the rest of the day with the very same rom (just flashed the kernel) and everything is fine again :) no more GPS issues and pretty damn stable as a rock =) I will stay on AOKP + cm10 kernel...
