Restoring mount.exfat to /system/bin doesn't help. Seems, there is some peoblem much deeper. So much problems with last android version. Miss 5.1 times

Seems that I've found solution. The main power control is Standart Downstream Port, and it should be set to maximal value.

It's strange, but seems that you have no restorecon binary in your rom. Here's mine. Try to put it in /system/bin and then execute restorecon -R -v /data/data It should be rwxr-xr-x (755)

Yes, it should be done after every data restore. If you simly restore apk(without data) SElinux markers wold be untouched, so everything will be OK without this operation

This operation recursively fixes all SElinux file markers in /data/data, which are spoiled by titanium during data restore.
