Root not bootloader unlock not unlocking bootloader... your heading says "Need help rooting". you can root the H815P but can not unlock the bootloader. i'll paste the link for the low effort as they came up with it...

use the same method as 815 EU. i'm using 815P from south africa and you can root it so easily with the low effort root. choose the 815 EU/international command

how about locked bootloader for 70% of the variants and loosing warranty for the other 30%. i never unlocked my bootloader on S3/Note1/4 but i could install ROMS even with the less open Exynos phones has better support that this locked down, horrible DPI, fantastic camera, average battery G4...

on Stock MM? does this work on stock MM 20A or 20B without unlocking bootloader. i'd do it even if its just temporary to wipe cache and return to stock recovery after the wipe. factory reset just is too much to start from scratch with installs and setups. i am Never Buying a LG phone ever. it...

Yep thats entirely possible especially when you leave your phone screen off, it just doesn't use battery at all. Overnight i loose 0%... Boss phone for sure. My only gripe is when playing games.. Damn battery drains fast something like 32-38% per hour so i get 3 hours gaming compared to 4.5...

It could be the glass but that proximity sensor is a bit nuts... I use my phone whilst in bed under blankets and this phone will turn the screen off and when i turn it on immediately it turns off... I'll be doing this on off maybe five times then it turns the screen on.... My Note 4 never did...

Marcosuper7 , thanks for the mods.... is it posible to have a slightly taller navbar say 28-30dpi because that 24 it too small for me, the rest is perfect. i sorted the Home FC by using "adb install Novalauncher" then got rid of it via Titanium Backup as i dont use it.

No i have not unlocked the bootloader... went to lg website to unlock but it failed.... Guess we have to wait till someone too clever figures out how to root the damn phone for us without needing bootloader unlock or LG releases for every G4
