Yes it does in performance but you won't be able to expand your memory. In Germany the LG Optimus 4XHD 16gigs costs 249 Euros. The Google Nexus 4 16gigs in 249 Euros.

Runs very well (no lag) on Magic ROM HD v2 with iodak v7. In the beginning there is lag like hell but then it is playable. My Gae quality is medium.
