i noticed a bug, when i turn on the screen brightness is not on "auto" and it's higher but only for a second.. then it comes back to "auto" ! anyone has this problem?

I think it's a kernel problem. With the v7 the most used soc frequency was 200mhz, instead the v8 use a lot 1200mhz and 900mhz..
