I'm willing to help with something like 20$ but the Note was expensive as it was. I agree with people that AOSP > CM though. Also, be careful, I'm pretty sure paid ROMs/kernels/etc are banned on xda and this might be considered as such.

nope, seems like there's some piece of code missing, so that every time you activate those softkeys it just bootloops. have tried a number of methods, haven't found one that works. missing that soft home button :((

I use more batteries so that doesn't really help, they each have different ages/capacity... And resetting the battery data every time I change the battery would get really old really fast... App doesn't seem to work on ICS. Or at least my ICS.

I remember having this issue with my old 5230 and it seems the Nexus S has the same problem: GPS fix doesn't happen if there is no data connection. From what I've read on the net it's a "feature" of most modern aGPS phones although I can't find any explanation as to why that's happening. Any input?
