Sorry.. I might know whats causing it.I use youtube background(v2.0.1)(Xposed module),that might be causing soft reboots(Occurring At those times only).But it usually doesn't give problems with stock or ex kernel.

I am having issues with display timeout settings, after i lock and unlock phone it automatically gets back to 30 sec. After flashing v4,although i flashed v3 back due to rebooting and freezing issues this problem is still there? Edit:It was due to some xposed module weired behaviour.

There is small issue with kernel or FKupdater,the brightness gets bumped to outdoor mode and restores it self back to normal all the sudden for few seconds,indoor and under normal conditions. I have auto high brightness mode on with this settings. It does pretty god job in bright sunlight...

OK I got that, but the same things were happening with me also, that's the reason why I switched to Agni(seems most stable kernel for me & it allows me to underclock to some extend where devil kernel always gives me sod or freezes on little bit of UV & uc,idk what's causing this)+the problem...

I got problem with external sd card. I tried deleting every data and it gets deleted from sd card and it just appears again after reboot and unmounting & mounting card again. Same thing happens with copying files,I copy the files and they get copied also but doesn't really reappear after...

You are right, there isn't one knox free bootloader, but you can have wifi on 4.1.2 booloader with stock kernal, as seanzscreams did fix for at&t. You might ask him to do such fix for n7105.thats it thats the only case. You just need to provide him necessary files and he will do it for you...
