what CM7 setting are u using for status bar? i found out that if i leave that setting on "default" and use a theme that supports transparent or semi transparent status bar (such as Meizu and MIUI) the appearance will automatically change, including the status bar. Try this and see what u get :]

I'm using MIUI theme for CM7 which u can find here with semi transparent status bar seting from boype's rom. Along with xperia launcher found here. Grab the wallpapers from this last thread too, beautiful stuff hehe.

I know the center clock option is available, been using that, but I was referring to the the transparent notification bar at the top. I know it's included in the next release, but I didn't want to reflash the whole thing, all I wanted was the transparent notification bar. Maybe u could release...

i'm on fix #8 and battery life is pretty sweet, GPS lock is VERY fast (after using FasterGPS cuz i'm in Brazil). No SODs but I do get a freeze or 2 per day, always while the screen is on, weird. Using interactivex. Great job boype!

as far as i can tell the theme he's using is ICS theme for CM7, u can find it in Play Store. I've got it on mine and it looks great, changed the clock color too so it matches ICS color scheme :]

just i quick follow-up to the "always @800mhz" i was experiencing with fix #8: i wiped cache+dalvik and flashed ur 2012-07-15 kernel and suspend mode now works fine.

yeah very odd, never experienced this before. i got SODs, freezes etc, but never this "always at 800mhz" thing hehe good luck on ur studies + exams

As I mentioned earlier, the SODs are gone for me. But instead of one problem now I have another: the phone won't go into deep sleep. When I turn the screen off and just leave it there the phone never goes to sleep mode, instead it just stays at 800 freq. This makes the battery drain very fast...

i dont get SODs anymore with fix #8, and that's great! Although I did get one freeze while the screen was still on (recharging), and battery is draining very quickly too. Had to recharge twice today...

Using the same wallpaper I used on a stock v20o results in severe color banding on this one. Sad...

Boype, what really seems to be causing the SOD for some is the 200mhz freq. And even if I try to disable it using a 3rd-party app it just keeps going down to 200. Do any of the fixes make the min freq to 300?

I raised the same question a few pages back cuz i noticed that even after setting the frequency to a value greater than 200 the processor still used that frequency. Maybe that's what's causing the SOD for some ppl, duno :P edit: using Nofrills CPU controller from market the freq stays according...

After flashing fix #06 i also had SODs right away. But if I change the freq from 200 to 300~1000 it seems to be more stable. I still get SOD, but takes a longer time for it to happen.

this rom would be perfect imho if it weren't for the wakelocks/sods some of us are getting :]

i've tried all the fixes, tried wiping everything and reinstalling rom, then reapplying fixes one by one and still getting SOD :/

got first SOD this morning with clean install and no fixes. gonna try to wipe dalvik+cache and then flash fix#03

Wiped everything and reinstalled the rom. No fixes and no SODs until now, so far so good. Let's see what happens in the next hours...
