Post Kindle Fire or Nook Tablet
Skip both... get the nexus 7. Can run both nook and kindle apps. Better battery life, faster processor, and much better ROM out of the box. I am a former nook owner. I rooted it but kept the ROM. The only thing I miss is the sd-card. Sent from my Nexus 7 using xda app-developers app- paulmartellock

Post Nexus 7 defects?
Preordered my nexus from the play store... It is works Great. I have been using a nook color running ICS (cm9), it is great to have such a nice display and the processor speed that the NC lacked. Thanks My nook has been stuck in a "will not boot" state for about a week. I could run CWM and cyanoboot, but when ever I tried to boot CM I would get stuck at the "loading..." screen.
